Douglas Scientific manufactures high-throughput microfluidics screening instruments and array tape for use in biotech laboratories. During my internship there, I performed a range of tasks, including production, optimization testing, and process documentation. I observed and assisted with projects at several levels of the company, including design and client relations. I returned to the company for two weeks in December 2009 and January 2010, as well.
